Job Description

Job Title: CEC Officer – Inbound (Privy) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Attend inbound calls from Privy League customers and resolve queries/requests to the customer’s satisfaction. Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products during customer interactions. Maintain high-quality communication and customer servicing standards while meeting productivity benchmarks. Ensure consistent customer “delight” by timely resolution of queries/issues. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate from a recognized university. 1–2 years of overall experience, including at least 6 months in a customer service role. Experience in the call center industry is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Schedule: Flexible to work 24/7 shifts (For females: 7 AM to 8 PM) including Sundays/holidays. Flexible to take scattered weekly offs (8 offs in a month) with 9-hour shifts. Compensation: Salary up to 4.45 LPA CTC (depending on interview performance).
