Role Description


The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment for a motorcycle/biking shoe brand


Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee daily business operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.

* Monitor the chat automation, and respond to emails and chats of customers falling outside the scope of chat automation.

* Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery and quality control of our products.

* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize operational efficiency.

* Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to support company growth.

* Analyse operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.

* Manage reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

* Provide support to senior management and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
