The Sales Manager, B2B (Motorcycle/Biking shoes) role based in Hyderabad is a full-time on-site position. As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business prospects, and overseeing sales teams. Your objectives will involve achieving or surpassing sales targets, generating sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing department to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in sales strategies and business development, adeptness in cold calling, proficiency in client relationship management and customer service, strong leadership and team management abilities, familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and CRM software, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and preferably, experience in the motorcycle or biking shoe sector.
