Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at Tech Mahindra, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home in the Gurgaon Division. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner through phone, email, and chat. - Efficiently identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain a deep understanding of Tech Mahindra's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. - Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer issues. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve customer service processes. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance service delivery. - Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines in all customer interactions. - Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics for customer service excellence. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass. Higher qualifications are a plus. - Experience: 1-3 years in customer service or related field. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking. - Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing exceptional service with a customer-first mindset. - Multitasking Abilities: Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Dependability: Reliable and self-motivated to work independently from home.
