Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to handle customer interactions related to technical queries. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Job Location:

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary from 18k to 30k

  • Additional incentives up to 2,000

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC/ Graduate

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or BPO experience

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
