Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring for International Voice Process.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Handle and resolve
international customer queries
via
chat and voice
Identify customer needs and deliver solutions that ensure
maximum satisfaction
.
Build sustainable relationships and maintain
trust with global customers
.
Provide
accurate, valid, and complete information
using approved tools.
Achieve
customer service metrics
, including CSAT, quality scores, sales targets & chat/voice handling quotas.
Manage customer complaints and provide effective resolutions within defined timelines.
Follow all
communication protocols, guidelines, and process policies
consistently.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

Minimum 1 year of international chat process experience (Mandatory)
Experience in customer support, BPO, or client service representative roles.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and customer service processes.
Strong customer orientation, active listening, and adaptability to different personalities.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
