Customer Service Executive - US Process

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in logistics and shipment inquiries from US clients, your main responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to logistics and shipment inquiries. - Tracking and tracing shipments to provide real-time updates to customers. - Resolving customer issues, complaints, or delays in a timely and professional manner. - Coordinating with internal teams (warehouse, dispatch, carriers) to ensure seamless delivery processes. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools. - Providing excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering timely solutions. - Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate departments or team leads as necessary. - Meeting or exceeding defined KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's degree in business administration in logistics or supply chain management. - 03 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or BPO supporting US clients. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
