Customer Service Executive

Location: Hyderabad Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent The ideal candidate will possess: - A strong passion for operations and customer service. - At least 1 year of experience in operations or customer service. - Managing end-to-end processes related to the business through close collaboration with ambassadors. Reporting to the campaign manager, you will contribute to the success of campaigns and ambassadors. - Customer-oriented mindset with excellent planning and organizational skills. - Effective communication skills are vital for this role. This includes clearly articulating requirements, promptly seeking answers, comprehending responses, and skillfully conveying information when issues need to be escalated across all levels. - Bias for action - able to deliver significant results and accomplish tasks efficiently in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization. - Quick learner with a desire to excel in a specialized role.
