Customer Service Executive

Location: Jaipur (Office-Based) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are addressed with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and courteous manner. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with efficiency and empathy. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Provide product/service information to customers and assist in troubleshooting. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department and ensure timely resolution. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve processes. Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards. Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 0–2 years of experience in customer service / call center / client servicing Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
