About the Role:

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via
phone, email, live chat, or in-person
.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a
timely and effective
manner.
Provide accurate information about
products, services, and policies
.
Process
orders, returns, and exchanges
efficiently.
Maintain and update
customer records and purchase history
in the database.
Collect and relay
customer feedback

Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
