Location

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international clients
Resolve customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
Provide accurate information related to orders, payments, and services
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines

Eligibility CriteriaPreferred Candidates

Freshers with excellent communication skills (Highly Encouraged)
1+ year experience in International BPO / E-commerce
Experience from companies like Lumina, Datamatics, Iksula, Concentrix, or similar
Candidates currently working or who have worked in night shifts

Must-Have Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work night shifts
Professional attitude and stability

Candidates to Avoid

Poor job stabilityWeak or average communication skillsDomestic-only BPO background
