Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Malad. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes providing support through various communication channels, maintaining customer records, and working collaboratively with other departments to improve service quality.

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
