Key Requirements: 03 years of experience in customer service (freshers are welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Hindi and English.
