Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at Tata Capital Limited in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
