Customer Service ExecutiveWe are seeking enthusiastic Inbound & Outbound Voice Process Professionals to handle customer interactions effectively. This role involves managing incoming customer calls, making outbound calls for follow-ups or sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls to resolve queries and provide support Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, feedback, or sales promotion Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Deliver excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve targets Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards Candidate Profile: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently Good problem-solving and multitasking skills Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Immediate joiners preferred
