Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in Inbound Customer Service or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to communicate effectively over phone calls, emails, or chat platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
