Job Description

Kamna Mart Private Limited is hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries professionally
  • Provide product/service information
  • Record interactions in the system
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Previous customer care experience is preferred and will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication & basic computer skills
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
