Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to address customer queries.

  • Provide accurate information about products/services.

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain customer records and update necessary databases/CRM.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

  • Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and productivity.

  • Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and English. All of these languages are mandatory.
