Customer Service Executive

Requirement Details:

• Role: Executive / Senior Executive
• Qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Experience : Six Month international voice experience mandate.
• Shift: 24*7 (9.5 hours)
• Week off: 2 Rotational Week off
• Freshers Salary Up to: 3.25 LPA
• Experienced Salary Up to: 4.5 LPA (Terms and Conditions Applied)
• Cab Facilities: One Way Pick up/Drop Facility (Terms and Conditions Applied)
• Job Location: LOMA IT Park, Aurum Q1, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

All the previous company documents are mandatory, along with the below:

• HSC with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Handling customer queries over calls.
• Team Handling
• Engage with patients via voice; provide in time and accurate responses on healthcare services, medical information, and appointment scheduling.
• Motivate team players with willingness to learn and grow in their career.
• Assist in training new hires on Voice Process and Best Practices.
• Excellent Verbal communication skills

Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate conflicts
