Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims and customer queries
  • communicate policy details, claim procedure, and settlement timeline effectively.
  • maintain high level customer satisfaction
  • ensure timely resolution of claims-related issues while maintaining empathy

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education :

    Graduate or HSC with (6 months) of experience
  • Experience :

    6 Months-3 Years in Claims, insurance, or international voice process
  • Skills :Excellent spoken English*

  • Immediate joiners required*
