Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing a team of representatives to offer exceptional customer support. Your role will involve overseeing the customer service process, resolving customer complaints efficiently, and creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and conducting training sessions to standardize service delivery - Selecting and recruiting new staff members to enhance the team - Monitoring the work performance of individual representatives and the team as a whole - Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing constructive feedback to the staff - Utilizing your excellent product knowledge to improve customer support - Creating and maintaining a positive and productive working environment for your team Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a customer service management role is preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced individuals and freshers.
