Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to customer queries, complaints, and product/service support.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and systems.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.
Meet customer service targets, productivity, and quality benchmarks consistently.
1 to 5 years of experience in a customer service/support role (voice/chat/email).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in regional languages will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office and CRM tools.
Any Graduate / Diploma (Candidates with relevant experience preferred).
Rotational shifts (Day/Night shifts as per business requirements).
5/6 days working.
