Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution
  • Manage escalations effectively and professionally
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Deliver quality service aligned with company standards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (escalation desk experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
  • Versant Level 4 / CEFR B1 equivalent proficiency
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Must clear Psychometric & Problem-Solving Assessment
