Role & responsibilities 1. Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer queries over phone, email, chat, or social media platforms. Understanding and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally. 2. Providing Product or Service Information: Explaining the companys products, services, or policies to customers. Ensuring that customers are well-informed about solutions and offerings. 3. Resolving Customer Issues: Assisting customers with any problems they may face, such as technical issues, account-related concerns, or billing problems. Troubleshooting and resolving issues as per company guidelines and escalation procedures. 4. Documenting Customer Interactions: Accurately recording details of customer interactions in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Keeping track of customer requests, complaints, and feedback. 5. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customers have a positive experience with the company. Offering assistance and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Escalating Complex Issues: If a query or issue cannot be resolved immediately, escalating the case to senior or specialized teams. Following up to ensure that the issue is resolved and the customer is informed.
