Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about IDFC FIRST Bank’s services. Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit card services. Drive activation process by ensuring newly acquired customers start using their credit cards promptly. Manage retention process by engaging with existing customers, resolving concerns, and offering relevant upgrades or benefits to enhance loyalty. Follow a consultative, customer-first sales approach. Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports. Share market and customer feedback with the product and marketing teams.  Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Graduation (any stream) is mandatory. Age: 18 to 32 years. Good communication skills in English. Freshers and candidates with BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service experience (minimum 6 months) are welcome. Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude are preferred.
