Customer Relationship Executive
Key responsibilities:
● Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via CRM, phone, email, WhatsApp, and during campaigns.
● Onboard registered candidates and parents to services, ensuring a smooth and welcoming, experience.
● Service assigned clients on a day-to-day basis, addressing their needs and ensuring consistent, support.
● Ensure timely delivery of all services promised to clients.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and, service.
● Create positive experiences and "smiles" by providing timely and effective support.
● Support marketing and sales campaigns, both online and offline, through active participation and coordination.
● Schedule and facilitate online meetings with clients, ensuring a seamless virtual experience.
● Conduct sales cold calls and engage in business development activities to attract and convert new leads.
Skills Required:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
● Strong communication skills in Business English and Malayalam, both verbal and written.
● Excellent listening skills — ability to understand client problems or queries and suggest
appropriate solutions.
● Awareness of educational trends and current developments in the education sector.
● Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively in real time.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
● Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset focused on delivering satisfaction.
● Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
