Key Responsibilities Make calls to prospective leads/customers and introduce Perfect-Paisa loan product. Explain loan eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and answer customer queries. Generate leads from cold data, build rapport, and ensure high conversion rates . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and required sheets. Follow up with interested customers for document collection and loan application completion. Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and responsible lending practices. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets . Handle basic customer objections and escalate complex cases to senior sales executives.
