Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive at our company, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies - Assist customers with service calls, order placement, shipment tracking, returns, and complaints - Maintain and update customer information in our internal databases - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues - Collaborate with internal departments to effectively address customer concerns - Stay knowledgeable about our products to provide expert guidance to customers - Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or management as needed - Handle customer feedback and suggest improvements for better service delivery - Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics This full-time, permanent position is open to freshers and offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
