Customer Service Excutive

We are looking for a female Customer Service Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
• Assist customers in service calls ,orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or complaints
• Record and update customer information in internal databases
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments for effective resolution of customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert guidance
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or management as needed
• Handle customer feedback and suggest process improvements for better service delivery
• Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
