Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Customer Success & WordPress Support)

Location: Remote (India)

Experience: 1-2 years

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST

Occasional Weekend Hours: Rare, only if needed


About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and professional Customer Support Executive to manage client relationships, support customer success, and assist with minor updates on WordPress websites.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing multiple accounts, and is comfortable making simple website changes using WordPress page builders.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, resolving queries, coordinating internal tasks, and helping maintain websites where required.

Excellent English communication (spoken & written) is essential, as you will work closely with Australian-based clients.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Manage communication with assigned client accounts
  • Understand client needs, priorities, and expectations
  • Ensure timely responses and professional communication
  • Coordinate internal team efforts to resolve requests
  • Track open tasks, follow-ups, and support tickets
  • Maintain strong long-term client relationships

Customer Service Operations

  • Respond to customer queries via support portal
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex items
  • Maintain ticket quality, tone, and timely resolutions
  • Document client requests and ensure smooth workflows

WordPress Updates

  • Make minor website edits using WordPress builders
  • Update text, images, banners, and pages
  • Publish blogs, update menus, upload media
  • Perform basic site maintenance tasks as required
  • (No advanced coding needed, but WordPress familiarity is required)

Quality Assurance & Coordination

  • Support simple website/app testing when needed
  • Verify issues before assigning to tech team
  • Ensure client changes are completed as expected

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (IT or Business preferred)
  • Excellent English communication — verbal & written
  • Strong client-handling & interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of WordPress (Elementor/Divi preferred)
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects/accounts
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Basic knowledge of website CMS systems
  • Familiarity with support ticket tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Basic QA/testing exposure

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST
  • Rare weekend support only if required
