Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator – EdTech Company

Location: Ballygunge, Kolkata

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,500 (in-hand) + Attractive Incentives

About Us:

We are a fast-growing EdTech company specializing in live online courses on occult sciences. We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure a seamless experience for our domestic and international learners, guiding them through a smooth and supportive learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student queries and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Moderate live and online classes, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Audit classes by staying attentive and reporting any issues to the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, academic, tech support) to resolve escalations.
• Ensure a positive customer experience with timely responses.
• Track customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred; additional languages a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Prior customer service or tele-calling experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
