Audit classes by staying attentive and reporting any issues to the management. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, academic, tech support) to resolve escalations. Ensure a positive customer experience with timely responses. Track customer satisfaction and suggest improvements. Requirements: Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred; additional languages a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
