Job Summary
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing client communications, coordinating service requests, and supporting internal teams. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate customer requests with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups
  • Monitor service timelines and proactively communicate updates to customers
  • Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Prepare reports related to customer service activities and performance metrics
  • Support process improvements aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure consistent adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards

Eligibility and Qualification Requirements

  • Master’s degree is mandatory
  • Schooling must be completed from CBSE or ICSE boards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,644.88 - ₹10,060.36 per month
