Role Overview: As a member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring their needs and inquiries are promptly addressed. It is essential that you are fluent in both speaking and writing in Hindi, as you will be communicating with clients in both Hindi and English. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with our resource team to ensure the timely delivery of services. Providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the service process will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Must be fluent in speaking and writing in Hindi - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors - Communicate effectively with clients in both Hindi and English - Coordinate and schedule appointments - Maintain accurate records of requests, appointments, and customer interactions - Collaborate with the resource team for efficient service delivery - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in speaking and writing in Hindi - Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work. The expected start date for this role is 09/01/2025.
