Customer Service Coordinator

A Service Coordinator manages and organizes service operations, acting as a key link between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery, handle scheduling, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction by coordinating resources, tracking requests, and documenting interactions. Key duties involve scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, communicating with clients, managing work orders, and sometimes training staff or improving processes, with specific tasks varying by industry (e.g., tech support, customer support). Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatching: Assigning technicians to jobs, managing schedules, and ensuring timely service.
• Customer Communication: Scheduling appointments, providing status updates, answering questions, and resolving complaints.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
• Coordination: Liaising with other departments and external providers for seamless service.
• Team Support: Recruiting, training, and overseeing customer service staff (in some roles).
• Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing ways to make service delivery more efficient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
