Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer service consultant . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via voice in outbound
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic issues
• Maintain a record of interactions and follow up where necessary
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution if needed

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts
