Key Responsibilities: Customer Inquiry Handling & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries related to customs clearance, shipments, and logistics. Provide accurate information on documentation, procedures, and regulations. Ensure timely updates and proactive communication with clients. Coordination with Customs, Shipping Lines & Stakeholders: Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and port officials to facilitate smooth cargo clearance. Track shipments and ensure timely coordination between all stakeholders. Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively. Shipping Documentation Management: Prepare and verify Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, and other necessary customs documentation . Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of documents. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance checks. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Prior experience in CHA (Customs House Agent) operations, freight forwarding, or logistics is an advantage. Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export documentation, and shipping regulations . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/Logistics software (preferred). Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills .
