Customer Service Associate / Customer Service Representative Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST Work Mode: Onsite - Vadodara office Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Associate/Representative to join our team at the earliest for our night shift operations (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST). This role involves supporting US-based clients, especially in areas related to tax authorities and government bodies, with accurate and timely responses. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a willingness to learn. Candidates with prior experience in US or international voice processes, especially related to tax or government domains, will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound communication with US-based clients and government authorities via phone and email. Provide clear, professional, and timely assistance to client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US municipal and tax guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Compliance) for document processing and issue resolution. Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and documentation in accordance with internal standards and data protection regulations. Follow internal SOPs and stay informed on relevant US policies, updates, and service standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Public Administration preferred). 1–4 years of experience in customer service/BPO/KPO roles. Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken – is a must. Experience in US or international voice processes is highly desirable. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and standard documentation practices. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Prior experience with US tax authorities or government-related services will be an added advantage.
