Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails in [ Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Tamil ]. Translate or interpret between English and the customers native language in real time. Provide clear, empathetic communication while resolving issues efficiently. Follow call scripts and customer service protocols. Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
