US-based collection process ( In this process, you have to call the US Customer to collect their due payments from customers those who have missed their Credit card payments within 90 days. You have to make their call payment,/Convince them to make the call payment.) Shift Time - 5:30 PM to 10 AM (Rotational night shift) Week Off - 5 days working, 2 days’ week off (Rotational) 6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for it
