Customer Service Associate

You will be responsible for building rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, as well as maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Your duties will include resolving customer complaints efficiently, upgrading product knowledge, and generating leads through various sources. You will be expected to connect with prospective clients via messages, calls, or emails to understand their requirements. Adherence to company policies, procedures, culture, and business values is essential, along with achieving individual sales goals. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills will be crucial in finding creative solutions to customer problems and delivering outstanding customer service. We are looking for female candidates with a qualification of Plus two and above, both experienced professionals and freshers are welcome to apply. Basic computer knowledge is required for this role. The salary offered is competitive and includes attractive incentive packages. The working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
