Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate (International Voice) located in Gandhinagar. The associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues via phone. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a high-quality customer experience by adhering to phone etiquette and service standards. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Proficiency in Phone Etiquette Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Prior experience in an international voice process is a plus Graduate with at least a bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields (Undergraduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.)
