As a Customer Service Executive at TELUS Digital, your role involves analyzing and resolving customer queries through calls. You will also assist in executing and implementing process improvements in the CRM team under the guidance of the Team Lead. Ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues and adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines is crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to suggest effective strategies to promote products and services and enhance customer satisfaction. Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and courteous manner, possessing in-depth knowledge about products and services, and offering innovative suggestions for operational efficiency and customer service improvement are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve customer queries through calls - Assist in executing process improvements in the CRM team - Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues - Strictly comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines - Suggest effective strategies to promote products and services - Provide exceptional customer service - Possess in-depth knowledge about products and services - Offer innovative suggestions for operational efficiency and customer service improvement Preferred Candidate Profile: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer-oriented and team player - Freshers/Experienced can apply (0-3 yrs) - Should be comfortable with night shifts - UG/Graduate/PG can apply (UG fresher not eligible) As part of the perks and benefits, you can expect an annual package ranging from 3.5 LPA to 4.2 LPA, cab facilities, Medicare facility (free online consultation with doctors), medical insurance, and life insurance coverage.
