Key Responsibilities

• Vendor registration in companies INCL government and private companies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical offerings.
• Record customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Assist the sales and operations teams with documentation and communication tasks.
