Key Responsibilities

Answering all customer queries within the sla timeline on phone and WhatsApp
Solving delivery-related problems faced by customers
Solving product-related problems faced by customers
Creating orders from customers in the system
Managing all tags/customer classifying them
Updating all sales leads received on chats in CRM
Calling customers for feedback
Regularly checking with old customers
Coordinating with various team members to gather data
