Key Responsibilities

  • Answering all customer queries within the sla timeline on phone and WhatsApp
  • Solving delivery-related problems faced by customers
  • Solving product-related problems faced by customers
  • Creating orders from customers in the system
  • Managing all tags/customer classifying them
  • Updating all sales leads received on chats in CRM
  • Calling customers for feedback
  • Regularly checking with old customers
  • Coordinating with various team members to gather data
