Role Summary: The Marketing Head will be responsible for strategic business development, global market penetration, key account management, and brand growth across geographies. Key Responsibilities: · Strategic Sales & Marketing Leadership Create and implement comprehensive marketing & sales strategies for global and Indian markets. Lead the business development of AZO pigments from the new manufacturing facility. Identify high-growth markets, expand distribution channels, and unlock new revenue opportunities. · Representation & Brand Advocacy Serve as the face of Vipul Organics at international exhibitions, trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders across geographies. · Decision-Making & Business Planning Drive key decisions related to product positioning, pricing, customer targeting, and distribution. Lead the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and strategic growth initiatives aligned with board directives. · Leadership & Team Building Manage and inspire the domestic and international sales teams, setting clear KPIs and goals. Establish performance-driven culture while mentoring the next line of leadership. · Market Intelligence & Innovation Track industry trends, competition, and customer behavior to support product innovation and competitive strategy. Guide product development based on market demand and feedback. · Client & Channel Management Strengthen relationships with key accounts and ensure consistent client satisfaction. Oversee sales operations, distributor performance, and collections across regions. · Operational Excellence Monitor team performance, analyze MIS reports, and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Ensure sales targets, profitability, and market share goals are met or exceeded. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 15 years in Dyes & Pigments industry, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing or leadership role. Education: Graduate in Science/Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc.), B.Tech/BE (Chemical), with MBA (Marketing) preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities Hands-on experience in international and domestic sales Proven track record in team management, business development, and client servicing Ability to think strategically and execute operationally Technically sound in pigment product sales and marketing Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India and globally.
