What You ll Do:

Be the first and most important point of contact for pet parents in-person, over the phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Provide accurate information on our wellness services, grooming, swimming, boarding, pharmacy, and more.

Assist with appointment bookings, check-ins/check-outs, service flow, and client satisfaction.

Maintain proper documentation of queries, feedback, and service notes.

Recommend plans, packages, and products that best suit each pet s lifestyle.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Build long-term relationships with clients through warmth, trust, and clear communication.

What We re Looking For:

2+ years of customer-facing or front desk experience (hospitality, healthcare, or pet care preferred)

Excellent spoken and written English communication

Warm, approachable personality with genuine empathy

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Strong organizational and tech skills (CRM, email, booking systems)

Willingness to work weekends/holidays on a rotational basis

Bonus Points For:

Fluency in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Hindi)

Prior experience handling customer escalations or upselling

A love for pets and understanding of pet parent behavior
