Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our BPO team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service and experience.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
1-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage difficult customers effectively.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
