Required Excellent Communication
Exceed business targets for topline and GP monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Identify, engage, build and close B2C Sales opportunities.
Associate and achieve minimum business collaboration targets.
Understand customer requirements and address it professionally.
Oversee and manage business queries from customers on multiple business platforms including WhatsApp business accounts, Social Media etc.
Prepare and present the business offerings to B2C clients.
Build a strong Sales pipeline.
Complete follow-up on SOPs
Maintaining database to check daily sales on CRM
