Job Description:
· Gathering requisite data/information via Primary research (On Call).
· Ability to use keywords wisely when doing internet research.
· Good email etiquette.
· Good English command.
· Make outbound calls to international companies to verify and update details
Requirement:
· Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to handle calls with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.
· Strong data management and record-keeping skills.
· Ability to work in shifts as per international time zones.
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
· Good listening skills
